From tribal knowledge
to shared know-how
without friction.
Your best knowledge is already on the factory floor.
Capilla makes it easy to create, manage and find
the work instructions that bring it to everyone.
Built around people. Made for production.
Every factory runs
on a world of know-how.
The small details. The right sequence. The things you learn by doing. So much of what keeps production moving lives in the heads of your most experienced people.
Capilla is here to make that knowledge shared — connecting the people who know with the people who need to know.
Why we’re building CapillaFrom experience to instruction.
Three simple ideas. One shared goal:
knowledge that works for everyone.
Create.
Turn the experience of your people into clear work instructions. Give practical know-how a place beyond one person's memory.
Manage.
Bring work instructions together, so knowledge stays with the team and can evolve alongside your production processes.
Consult.
Make work instructions accessible to the people who need them, where the work happens.
Practical knowledge.
A shared place.

Knowledge shouldn’t leave
when someone clocks out.
Good work instructions preserve the experience behind your processes. They help teams share what they know, support colleagues as they learn, and keep practical knowledge close to the work.
